This draft keeps the current prototype honest: product pages show intended offers, but final refund and fulfillment rules still need to be locked down before public paid marketing.

Recommended refund logic

Before work starts

Orders should generally be refundable before custom work begins or before photos are reviewed.

After custom work starts

Because portraits and memory pages are personalized, refunds should depend on revision stage and whether a deliverable has been created.

Physical goods

Sticker and gift-set refunds should depend on print partner, shipping status, defects and destination-country rules.

Before accepting real orders

  • Define revision counts and what qualifies as a remake.
  • Define cancellation windows for digital and physical products.
  • Define damaged-item, wrong-address and delayed-shipping handling.
  • Add a real support email and response-time expectation.
