About the experiment

CGpets is a pet-memory brand in public prototype.

The project explores how AI visual generation, personal memories and lightweight ecommerce can become a practical pet keepsake business.

The brand direction is intentionally narrow.

Emotional asset first

CGpets is not trying to become a general pet supply store. The focus is memory, identity, story and companionship.

Small product surface

The first offers should be simple enough to validate: portraits, memory pages, gift assets and partner leads.

AI with restraint

AI should support a better keepsake experience, not replace the owner’s real pet photos and stories.

Before formal launch

  • Finalize product scopes, deliverables, turnaround time and revision rules.
  • Replace prototype policies with complete privacy, refund and fulfillment terms.
  • Add analytics, Search Console, backup monitoring and support workflow.
  • Decide whether the ecommerce layer stays on the current theme or moves to WoodMart.
