PhotosPet photos submitted through the profile form are stored privately for admin review.
UseMaterials should only be used for the requested prototype conversation or product direction.
LaunchPublic portfolio use should require explicit permission before formal marketing.

Collected information

What may be submitted

  • Contact details: name, email, business type and messages submitted through owner or partner forms.
  • Pet materials: pet photos, names, personality notes, dates, milestones and story context.
  • Site data: basic analytics, logs, device/browser information and ecommerce events may be added before public marketing.

How it should be used

  • Respond to early-access and partner inquiries.
  • Create, test or improve pet portrait, memory page and companion product concepts.
  • Prepare fulfillment, revision, support and privacy workflows.
  • Not sell owner contact details or pet materials to third parties.

Before formal launch

What still needs to be finalized

CGpets should add a real support email, data retention window, deletion request process, cookie/analytics disclosure, payment processor details, international transfer notes and partner data-processing rules before running paid advertising or accepting significant order volume.
